First layer: External top tile
Our external roof tiles are made of 104 type color steel, with a thickness of 0.5mm. The shape adopts a horizontal small corrugated design, which helps to drain the accumulated water on both sides of the top. When viewed horizontally in the middle, we can also see a 2cm raised design in the middle, forming drainage ditches. During the rainy season, it is more convenient to drain and prevent water seepage problems caused by water accumulation in the house. Additionally, our external roof tiles are made with overlapping paving technology, The overlapping area is first glued and then fixed with screws, and then sealed with customized special structural adhesive. The customized special structural adhesive can last for more than 15 years, saving you from after-sales worries.
Second layer: Insulation rock wool
The density of rock wool has reached 60kg/m² which is more conducive to fire prevention, insulation, and fire resistance, reaching A level
Third layer: Reinforced square tube
We have added a 50X50 galvanized square tube with a thickness of 1.5mm, welded in a cross shape, to improve the snow and load-bearing capacity of the roof.
Fourth layer: Suspended ceiling tiles
Our indoor ceiling tiles are made of 831 colored steel tiles, with a thickness of 0.28 mm. The appearance looks clean and tidy, beautiful and atmospheric.
